Website Agreement
Between SmallWeb, LLC, 5625 German Church Road #2064, Indianapolis, IN 46235, hello@getsmallweb.com (“we”), and the business named at checkout (“you”). Ticking “I agree” and paying is your signature.
1. What you get
For $175 a month (plus any sales tax), we design, write, host and keep updating a website for your business, on a web address registered in your name. Designs come about 7 days after you pay, with up to 2 rounds of changes, and the site goes live about 7 days after you approve. Content updates, technical updates and a redesign up to every 24 months are included. Anything extra is quoted in writing first.
2. Your part
Send your logo, photos and details, and reply to designs within 14 days. Only send content you have the right to use; you’re responsible for it.
3. Payment
Charged when you sign up, then monthly through Stripe. The price is fixed for the first 6 months, and after that we give 30 days’ notice of any change. If a payment stays unpaid for 14 days, the site may go offline until it’s paid.
4. Term
6-month minimum, then month to month. Design guarantee: if you don’t like the designs, tell us before you approve them (within 30 days of the first designs) and you owe nothing more. If you leave after approving but before 6 months, the rest of the 6 months is due. After that, cancel any time by email; billing stops at the end of the paid month. We can end this with 30 days’ notice (you then owe nothing more), or right away if a payment is 30 days late or the site would be used for anything illegal.
5. Ownership
Your web address and content are always yours. After 6 paid months, you get your site files if you leave. Our software and templates stay ours.
6. Fine print
We don’t guarantee rankings, traffic or sales. Our liability is capped at what you paid in the last 3 months, and neither side is liable for lost profits. Indiana law; disputes in Marion County. This is the whole agreement, and changes must be in writing (email is fine).
